Is birth control safe?

Yes, birth control is generally safe for most individuals when prescribed and monitored by a healthcare provider. Our telehealth service ensures you receive personalized hormonal care, tailored to your specific health needs and lifestyle.

Which insurances do you accept?

Pandia Health accepts most insurances for medication. We accept insurances including but not limited to Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, FamilyPact, LA Care, United Healthcare & more! Insurances we do not accept at this time include Cal Optima, Care, Humana, Kaiser, Sunshine Health, StayWell or Tricare

Do you accept insurance for telehealth consultation?

No, we don’t. Our aim is to keep doctor consultations affordable. Understanding that many are either underinsured or without coverage, we’ve set low fees and accept cash/credit only.

Do you accept insurance for medication?

Yes, we accept most insurances for medication.

Does Pandia provide tracking?

You will be provided with a USPS tracking number via text or email if you don’t accept text messages.

Is shipping discreet?

Yes, our packaging is discreet. The package is typically a neutral color with a label that says either Pandia Pharmacy or Cabet/True Pill Pharmacy.

How long does shipping usually take?

USPS standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. We have the option of priority shipping too (please, request price).

What if I lost my medication?

If you’ve lost your medication, the process differs based on your insurance status: For insurance patients, we can request an additional fill waiver from your insurance company to replace the lost medication. For cash-paying patients, simply inform us, and we’ll promptly send an invoice for the replacement pack.
